A New Orleans Home with a Rich History

This home on Esplanade Ave in New Orleans was once owned by Nicholas Cage.
The house formerly belonged to Arnaud’s bon vivant founder, “Count” Arnaud Casenave, and his daughter, who presided as queen over an unprecedented 22 Carnival balls.

Wow! What an entrance!

I have seen alot of bathrooms lately that have a faucet like the one for the tub in this pic.

Hi,
I read your comment on Color Me Pretty and was delighted you gave your blog address. Looks like we follow the same blogs. I look forward to keeping up with your blog. I have my house on the market and have plans to buy a building closeby that will allow me to have a workshop on the ground floor and living quarters above. I can't wait! If interested you can see my current house at Hartfordgem.blogspot.com. I also have a personal blog called zoomin24-7.blogspot.com. I live and breath interior design so I'm always interested in what others are doing with their spaces. Tricia
